OHM December release preview

Already the last preview of this year! And some nice designs that are coming! Release day is December 1st for the Australian and Thailand exclusives!

Australian exclusive KANGAROHM

Kangaroos have been a vital part of Australian Aboriginal life for 60,000 years, the oldest continuous living culture on Earth.

Kangaroos provided meat, pelts, bone, and tendons for Aboriginal survival, and the animal carried great spiritual significance as the Creator Spirit of Life. Kangaroo tracks became the navigational “songlines” of the landscape, and the elders would sing to the land and receive wisdom and guidance through the Dreamtime.

The thump of a kangaroo hop vibrates across the landscape, and new life springs up in the tracks of its songlines.

The kangaroo has become the national symbol of Australia. “Roos,” as is the nickname, appear on the Australian coat of arms, our money, the roundel of the Royal Australian Air Force, and on many Australian business logos. Think Australia, and you think Kangaroos.

Our hopping KangarOHM embodies the spiritual importance of this totem with their Aboriginal markings, including the symbol for kangaroo tracks, tattooed on its silver surface. With OHM leaping on your bracelet, you can celebrate Aussie national pride, as well as the Aboriginal appreciation for nature, tradition, and oneness with the land.

Follow the songlines through your dreams and learn what the spirits have to teach you.

OHMistry project BEHEMOTH. Release day is December 2nd!

This limited-edition release of BEHEMOTH is part of Project OHMistry and is limited to 111 signed and serialized pieces. A certificate of authenticity is included with the special packaging designed by Marianne Martin.

Marianne has been working as an artist and Art Director in the video games industry for close to two decades. She is also a jewelry addict, a bead lover, and crazy about all things retro and spooky! In her spare time, Marianne designs tees and stickers, and pets as many dogs as possible.

I remember the first time I faced my fear of insects and saved an enormous moth using a glass jar and a piece of paper. His wings seemed a bit small for his chubby body, and his fuzzy back and legs made him look rugged and ready for the chilly nights in Quebec. Once he was out of harm’s way, I went back inside the cabin, congratulating myself a little. I kept hearing thuds on the window, however. The fuzzball was relentlessly trying to come back inside, where the warm glow of the lamp must have seemed to him like an enticing Luna.

I don’t know what happened to him, but I bet he never stopped chasing the light-source of his dreams. He is the one who inspired BEHEMOTH. How big is he, exactly? He is as big as you need him to be to face your fears and embrace the nights and days of life on Earth. For me, that’s a little over seven feet tall, I think.

And there they are, gorgous desings with some special meaning! Which one will you pick?
