Argo Studios inspiration

Just before Christmas I received beadmail, a gorgeous brand called Argo Studios located in my very own Amsterdam! Margo sells her beads directly from her website The beads can also be purchased from several web stores.

The finish and detail of the sterling silver beads are amazing! They have a brushed finish which make them stand out among the other beads and are perfect as focal pieces on your bangle or bracelet.

The first bead is Fire Element, flames wrapping themselves around your bracelet.

Here I made a bangle with OHM Rebirth and red OHM glass.

And a bangle with OHM Fireball glass and Pandora Saturn.

Next is Guardian Angel, a beautiful, very moving design; an angel with ornate wings protecting a child.

I received the bead in time to add to my Christmas bracelet. It fits in perfecty! Additional beads are from OHM, Bella Fascini, Trollbeads, Redbalifrog and Pandora.

And on a bangle with Pandora glass and OHM Love Hurts.

The last bead is called Dancing Cranes. Two birds with spreaded wings doing the mating dance, gorgeous!

I made a bangle with blue stones and Trollbeads Happy Fish.

And finally I made a necklace. I tried two different colour designs, I like them both! Beads I used are Pandora, Trollbeads and Truebeadz.

Bangle with Truebeadz Amsterdam Midnight.

The beads have a small core. Fire Element and Guardian Angel would fit on the OHM twisted bangle and on the Pandora Moments bracelet without threading, but Dancing Cranes wouldn’t fit. I used Dancing Cranes on a Pandora necklace, I could thread the bead through other openings, making the bead sit of centre. I mostly used a Trollbeads bangle.

All in all a beautiful and detailed brand with artisan high end finshed beads! I will love designing with the beads and ofcourse wearing them!

Disclosure: for this blog I may receive some items as promotional samples.
