OHM June release preview

We are up for the OHM June release preview with some stunning designs! Note, release date for the June release is June 4!

We start with the next bead strait for OHM Lab with laboratory assistant Beth Poole!

When you wear TIME MACHINE on your bracelet, you have an adorable little device to empower your imagination to travel forward or backward to anywhere in time. Where will you go? Will you revisit your past to your first bashful kiss, your first bicycle, or any of your favorite childhood memories? Or will you go further back to Camelot, ancient Egypt, or the Renaissance; To the Han Dynasty, the great flood, or when Dinosaurs roamed the earth?

The Time Machine is a science fiction novel written by H.G. Wells, published in 1895, and is usually credited with the concept of time travel using a vehicle or device to purposefully and selectively travel forward and backward through time. The book was made into several popular films in 1962, 1979, and 2002. The British TV show Doctor Who utilizes a time-traveling space ship called TARDIS that resembles a police phone booth, but could take any number of forms if it hadn’t gotten stuck.

Maybe you want to go forward into the future to see your great-great grandchildren or flying cars or cities under the sea? It’s all at your fingertips with your own little TIME MACHINE. Just set the year/month/day dials on the dashboard, fire up the engine, grab the lever and let’s go!

Exclusive for OHM Australia is Wagyl!

The WAGYL can grow angry and cause storms, thunder, lightning, and cyclones. They control life’s most precious resource: water. Some say the WAGYL is the creator of all things.

The Rainbow Serpent, or WAGYL, is a powerful symbol in the art and religion of Aboriginal Australia. The snake and the rainbow are seen as similar in shape, and they both suggest the cycle of the seasons and the importance of water in human life. When a rainbow is seen in the sky, it is said to be the Rainbow Serpent moving from one watering hole to the next. Streams, rivers, gullies, even mountain ridges are created by the WAGYL slithering across the landscape.

Stories about the Wagyl are passed down from generation to generation. Many Aboriginal artists are inspired by the mythology of the WAGYL. The Rainbow Serpent Festival is an annual music festival in Australia. We at OHM are inspired by the WAGYL too and we have them wrapping and slithering around your bracelet to remind you of all the precious gifts that fall from heaven to water and nourish your life. Sometimes storms will come; but the rainbow always shines through with hope, beauty, and the promise that life continues.

And exclusive for OHM Thailand is Walk The Walk! It comes in a cute shoe box!

This gorgeous glass is called Lila Gold and is exclusive for OHM Europe!

And last but not least is the next OHMisty project in cooperation with Fashion Storyteller Emily Dunbar! Don’t Give Up is going to be released on June 19!

DON’T GIVE UP, you tell yourself. You feel it in your heart and soul. You are meant to succeed.

It starts with those first few steps. But with all journeys, it is a struggle of faith and self-assurance. Fear finds its way to creep in. It twists your path, voices harsh judgment, creates doubt and pain. It tries to seize the victory that awaits you.

At your darkest moment, when all feels lost, this bead reminds you to keep going. Push upwards, onwards! Faith is being sure of what you hope for and certain of what you do not see.

Having faith will guide your journey, through the darkness. The clouds will open, the path will brighten and the further you go, the clearer your path becomes. You will find unexpected help. You will experience achievements, big and small. Before you know it, you will arrive at the end and the start of a new beginning.

You will be victorious. Every fear, doubt, and painful memory will be conquered.
